It is hard to keep your focus on controlling your weight, especially during this time of Coronavirus quarantine!  But I am keeping on going towards my significant quest: lose 125 pounds and keep it offCheck out my daily blog posts and pictures, comment, and lend me your moral support on this epic journey of self-discovery.  I hope to inspire others and share my discoveries and successes.  Update August 2020: I have lost 100 pounds!
